We consulted with Harvest Bible College to assess the future viability and projected growth of the college. After developing a 5 and 10 year strategy, Mr Chew assembled a team of specialists and customer support staff for a new IT department. Mr Chew then headed the team in developing the infrastructure for an online education system from the ground up.

Intergrating ERP, CRM, LMS, and DMS systems, the college was able to grow their student base from 200 enrolements to 3000 enrolments within 5 years thanks to our new digital platform. We were also able to make a 25% cost savings by consolidating phone systems to a VoIP for customer support.

Mr Chew setup up critical business facets such as disaster recovery, business resumption plans, IT policies, and best practice definitions. Using Lean & Agile methodologies, Mr Chew was able to ensure our new digital education platform was able to grow profits 200x and in 2017, coordinate a merger with Alphacrucis to become the largest provider of education and training of its kind in Australiasia.
